“I’ve worked with Anandi on two different teams for a total of ~ 5 years. As a PM, Anandi is effective, collaborative, and learns technical concepts quickly. I recently worked with her to revamp and manage our Live Site/Incident Management processes on the Law Enforcement and National Security Engineering team at Microsoft. She turned our ad-hoc tribal processes into defined and documented practices that ensure consistency of incident response and postmortem follow-ups. She took over a large unmanaged repair item backlog and worked tirelessly to build a groomed, ordered, and prioritized list which allows the team to regularly assess and resolve the largest points of pain and disruption. Anandi is a solid Agile practitioner and implements process change thoughtfully, balancing the needs of our users, engineers, and the business. She taught herself PowerBI to assess our sprints and releases, taking input from multiple managers with different goals, and produced a metrics dashboard that helped track quarterly engineering planned and unplanned work. She is effective as a remote team member and manages to insert her positive attitude into everything she does. I would definitely work with her again; I recommend her without reservations for a technical Program Manager role. ”
